CJ INDA

Founder/Owner

Born and raised in Olathe, CJ Inda grew up on a sheep ranch and attended welding school in Cortez, Colorado. Inda worked for seven years in structural and architectural steel welding in Telluride before starting Iron INDAstries in 2009. He is proud to call Montrose home. Inda spends his free time dirt biking with his friends, enjoying time with his wife Kerri and their two children, and working to keep the motorized trails open.

BODIE GIRON

Project Manager

With over seven years of experience at Iron INDAstries, Bodie has progressed from an apprentice to the role of project manager, demonstrating a deep commitment to the craft of ironworking and a passion for excellence in every project. His hands-on experience allows him to understand both the technical and logistical challenges that come with each job, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Bodie is dedicated to his family, enjoying quality time with his wife and daughter. He is also a competitive strongman athlete, having competed at a national level. This dedication to strength training not only fuels his personal passions but also instills a strong work ethic and resilience that he brings to the team at Iron INDAstries.

JARED STREET

Estimator

Jared has been in the steel industry for over 28 years in various capacities. His main roles at Iron INDAstries are estimating and project management. In between these duties you can sometimes find him in the field assisting the crews. If he’s not working, your can find him hunting or attending his kid’s sporting events.

AMY LEE

Office Manager

As a dedicated Office Manager for Iron INDAstries, LLC, Amy balances her professional life with her role as a wife and mother of four. She also serves as the director of a local Christian preschool, where she fosters a loving and supportive learning environment. Her family operates a working cattle ranch in beautiful western Colorado, where we embrace the joys of ranch life and instill values of hard work and gratitude in our children. Whether she’s managing operations or guiding young minds, her faith and family are at the heart of everything she do.

KRISTI BRIGANTE

H.R. And Payroll

Kristi brings over 20 years of construction experience to Iron INDAstries, with a background that includes working in the field, business ownership, and back-office operations. Her experience across so many sides of the industry gives her a practical understanding of both the work and the people behind it. Kristi now handles HR and payroll, helping support the team and keeping essential operations running smoothly. Much like the photo above, she brings a capable, hands-on “We Can Do It!” attitude to her role. Outside of work, Kristi loves spending time with her golden retrievers, Doc Holiday & Diamond Lil.
